We recommend our space for families or small groups (up to 6 people) looking to relax and spend time with quality and comfort. Our house is cozy, quiet and well ventilated, surrounded by mountains and lush nature, a convenience with 2 suites for a maximum of 6 guests. NOTE: Due to lack of rain, the reservoir is dry around the condominium. Located in a gated condominium 7 km from the center of Joanópolis with several shops. The space Spacious house with 2 en-suites on the upper floor (1 with a double bed and the other en-suite with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed), intimate living room between the bedrooms. On the ground floor, living room with TV, dining room, full kitchen with utensils and appliances. Gourmet Space with barbecue and wood stove. Fully surrounded residence with grassy area and large pool. In the reservation the pool is delivered clean and handled, maintenance/cleaning requests on bookings under 6 days is charged. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, as described and shown in the photos of the listing, with the exception of 2 rooms that will be closed (exclusive area of the owners) Other things to note *Maximum of 6 guests (adults and children)* We are not pet friendly, we have plants in the garden that are toxic if ingested by pets. We do not provide bed and bath linens. Kindly, before the reservation read the house rules carefully; IMPORTANT: At the time of booking, forward a list with the names of the guests, CPF and license plates of the vehicles. The condominium will only release the space with the list in advance and after checking by the concierge.
