Shared Spaces: • Bathroom and toilet shared with other guests (if booked). • Access to the kitchen, dining, laundry and alfresco areas for all guests. Restricted Areas: No access to the master bedroom, garage, and two additional bedrooms. Guest access You’ll have access to your private bedroom plus shared use of the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining area, laundry and alfresco space. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all these areas during your stay! During your stay I’m usually in and out during the day but spend most evenings cooking dinner and watching Netflix or sports. If we happen to cross paths, I’m always happy to have a chat or help out if you need anything - just let me know! Other things to note You’ll be staying in a private guest room within a shared home. I live here too, so you may see me around - but your space and privacy are always respected. The bathroom is shared and kept clean. You’re welcome to use the kitchen, dining, laundry and outdoor alfresco areas. The TV in the lounge is for my use when I’m home - but don’t worry, you have your own TV in your room. This listing is set up and priced for guests who are out regularly for work, study or exploring. Guests who stay home for the majority of the time can impact the comfort and space of the household, as well as significantly increase utility use.
