With rustic shiplap, a wood paneled basement entertainment space, a loft lounge, and a deck with a beautiful view, you won't want to leave behind the charm of Lake Haven A-Frame. Kitchen- The kitchen is newly updated with new appliances and a spacious pantry. You will find everything you need to cook and dine. -Fully stocked coffee bar with fresh beans, creamer, sugar & tea. -High chair and booster available in the main floor bedroom closet. Gathering spaces- The main living room is an open floor plan with the dining room and has ample seating. There is also an upstairs loft seating area. In the basement you will find a futon, a sleeper chair, a dining table, wet bar, putting mat, Foosball and TV. Bedrooms - 4 lovely bedrooms -Main floor- bedroom with queen -Upstairs- bedroom with king -Basement- 1 bedroom with queen & 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds -All rooms include a closet (with an extra blanket and pillow), chest of drawers & night stands. Bathroom - 2.5 baths -Main floor bathroom has a tub -Basement bathroom has a shower -Upstairs bathroom is a half bath -All are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels -Hairdryer is in the main floor bathroom. You are also welcome to bring your own boat or jet skis and park them at the dock. -The second dock is around the side of the property and is better for fishing. -Gazebo with a charcoal grill and a table for dining. -Patio with 4 Adirondack chairs. -Life jackets are available for adults and children in the garage. -Stand up paddle board -3 kayaks -Floats -Fishing gear -A cooler, etc. -Beach towels are available for use in the basement. *The house is located in a no-wake cove with minimal boat traffic so the water is peaceful and calm. Kid-Friendly- We know how hard it can be to travel with kids, so we have a number of items available to make your travel lighter and your stay easier. In the main floor bedroom closet you will find -a pack and play -counter high chair -booster chair -sound monitor -bin full of toys and books -There is a built-in baby gate at the top of the basement stairs -We also have toddler and child-sized life jackets available -In the cabinets in the living room and behind the sofa, you will also find books, puzzles, games, and toys for children AND adults to enjoy! Tech- The home has fast Wifi, 3 smart TVs that allow you to login to any of your streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc.), and a smart-lock to ensure seamless check-in and a protected stay. Laundry- A washer and dryer are located in the basement for you to use during your stay. Detergent is available for use. You are welcome to bring a boat or jet skis to the property and park them at the dock. You can easily put your boat in the water using a ramp at McDowell Nature Preserve which is 1 mi away. There are multiple options for renting a boat at Lake Wylie. One company we recommend that is conveniently located across the lake is Boat Rentals of Lake Wylie (search "boatrentalsoflkw"). It is ~10 min by car and ~5-10 min by water. You can book anywhere from a half-day to a multi-day rental with the option to have the boat delivered to the house for you. *This is just one of many options. Please do your own research and read reviews for more information.* Neighborhood- The house is located down a gravel road shared with a few neighbor houses so it is private and secluded. However, it is also very conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, parks & more! All just minutes away. The best of both worlds! Parking- There is ample parking at the house. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY down the gravel road as our neighbors use golf carts. Guests have full access to our property. The bonus space above the garage has a ping pong table and floats. The front door has a smart lock installed allowing you to have your own temporary passcode during your stay. Parking- There are multiple parking spaces at the house. The gravel road to the house is shared with our neighbors so please no parking along this single-lane gravel road. Drive slowly and carefully. We would love to connect with you! The house is down a gravel road so it is private and secluded while still being very conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, parks & more! The house is also located in a cove with minimal boat traffic so the water is peaceful and calm. There is plenty of parking at the house. You can walk down the gravel road and dump out in the Palisades community which is very walk-able with sidewalks throughout. However, a car will be needed to get to destinations beyond Palisades like the grocery store, restaurants, etc. Please drive slowly and carefully as our neighbors use a golf cart on our shared gravel road. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY. We want you to enjoy the home but out of respect for our neighbors who are permanent residents, we ask that you not use the property for any parties. This is a zero tolerance policy. If any complaints are received, you will be asked to vacate WITHOUT REFUND. We have two outdoor security cameras as well as a noise detection system that does not record audio but only alerts us if the sound exceeds certain standards and indicates a large gathering. We allow pets for a $200 nonrefundable pet fee. We ask that you inform us if you are bringing a pet. NO SMOKING, VAPING, or TOBACCO products on the property. NO FIREWORKS. Quiet hours 9pm-8am.
