It has beautifully styled interiors with modern facilities, and is set in a truly tranquil, picturesque & private location on “Green Creek” property. Only a 15 minute drive to the local township of MURRURUNDI, which is nestled at the foot of The Great Dividing Range in the scenic The Upper Hunter Valley. The space This Cottage offers HIGH QUALITY accomodation for 6 people. State of the art STARLINK WiFi included. There are 3 BEDROOMS: QUEEN BEDS in 2 of the bedrooms, and TWIN BEDS in 3rd bedroom ( can be made into a KING BED if guests would like? Please request this when booking ) There are 2.5 BATHROOMS: The main bathroom has the RESTORED, ORIGINAL CAST IRON BATH, DOUBLE SHOWER, hand basin, toilet, plus UNDER-FLOOR HEATING. The 2nd bathroom has shower & basin. There is also a separate toilet. There are laundry facilities with WASHING MACHINE, CLOTHES DRYER and ceramic laundry tub. There is a combined sitting and dining area with a FIRE PLACE. There is a very WELL EQUIPPED MODERN KITCHEN which has the following: Double Door Fridge/ Freezer, LARGE FREE STANDING STOVE which has gas burners and an electric oven, a Microwave, NESPRESSO Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Sandwich Maker There is plenty of glassware, crockery, cutlery, cooking pots & pans, utensils and a quality kitchen knife set. The PANTRY CUPBOARD is well stocked with essential supplies. This cottage has REVERSE-CYCLE AIR-CONDITIONING and HEATING which is zoned for guests comfort. In most of autumn & winter months ( depending on Rural Fire Service Ratings & Warnings) guests can enjoy the OUT-DOOR FIRE PIT. There is a SUN DRENCHED DECK off the kitchen with a BBQ, OUT DOOR TABLE and CHAIRS, with a large shade UMBRELLA. The cottage has 3 VERANDAHS…the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful setting. Guest access Guests have access to the ENTIRE COTTAGE and GARDEN.
