Cosy double with en-suite 20min walk from UofAb

The bedroom has a super comfy double bed, has its own private bathroom and it’s spacious and bright. The flat is located just about 20min walking from the University of Aberdeen and 30/35 min walking from the train station. The location is pretty great and in a lovely and extremely safe area of Aberdeen. Bus stop and Tesco are nearby. Please read my house rules before booking. Underground parking can be arranged inside the building if needed. During your stay I tend to give guests their own space, but if anything is needed I am always available as I'll be in the property.
