LA COCOTERAIE TARTANE, a waterfront villa rocked by the trade winds in the peaceful fishing village of Tartane, with calm waters protected by the coral reef, located in the heart of the Caravelle peninsula. Air-conditioned bedrooms and living room, equipped kitchen, swimming pool and stunning views of the lagoon and its islet. Kayaks available and the beach is 80 m away on foot or by paddleboard! The space With a total capacity of 10 people on both levels, you will have: The large covered terrace, its deck, the carbet where you can also hang the hammock, the secure infinity pool and its solar shower are the main living areas, to relax and share meals for 10 people. Inside on the ground floor: the living room sofa, TV and high table, opens onto the fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher (detergent provided). 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (or we can add a baby bed), bathroom/shower toilet complete the accommodation. By taking the stairs you will access the huge loft leather living room, high table and the 2nd fully equipped kitchen including washing machine form a very bright space with stunning ocean views. The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are equipped with a double bed for the first 2, and 2 single beds for the last. Bathroom/shower and 2 toilets complete your accommodation. Outside to relax on the large covered terrace with a second dining area (6 people), outdoor living room, hammock to enjoy your breathtaking sea view, watching the frigates dive in search of fresh fish. At your disposal: high-speed WiFi (fiber), 40" TV connected on both levels, Weber gas BBQ, crib, umbrella and high chair on request. Parking at the back of the villa for 2 cars. Kayaks and paddleboards are freely accessible. We have several pairs of mask fins and snorkels available. We provide linens, bedding, towels (excluding beach towels). Tartane Bay, very sunny, is well ventilated, and the sea is extremely calm. We are located in the middle of the bay, facing the pass that leads to the open sea. From the house, you can... Kayak or paddle in the calm waters of the lagoon to Brèche Beach. Enjoy the large beach located 100 m away along the coastline. Hike to Pointe Rouge and its wild beaches, Spoutourne and La Caravelle. Surf on THE Martinique spot at Anse Bonneville (board rental possible on site). Discover Tartane, a fishing village and seaside resort where life is good away from the hustle and bustle of the capital. Visit the old Hardy rum distillery, the Ti-Kafé coffee roaster, the ruins of Dubuc Castle, the mangrove and swim in the treasure bay. Or enjoy the view as close as possible to the ocean, suspended in your hammock, rocked by the trade winds while admiring the hunting of frigates and cormorants...
