In our beautiful, newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor, you will feel comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with nearby shopping, just three tram stops from the Merchant's Bridge, a special landmark in the center of the old town. You can park your car in the courtyard for free. Have fun with the whole family in the great city of Erfurt and relax in our stylish place. The space We look forward to welcoming you to our newly renovated apartment "Auszeit3 Erfurt." In a beautiful old building from the Gründerzeit [founders' period] with courtyard and garden, the sunny and bright apartment is located on the 2nd floor, without an elevator, which you will have all to yourselves. The apartment was newly renovated in 2023 and family-friendly furnished. A bedroom with windows and the bathroom with window are located on Hans-Sailer-Straße, the kitchen and the second bedroom are located on the quiet courtyard. There is no separate living room - the two spacious bedrooms offer a sofa and TV next to the bed. The apartment has been stylishly renovated with heart and invites you to stay. You enter the apartment and come into the spacious entrance area with a wardrobe. From here you can access the bathroom with a wellness shower, as well as a separate toilet with sink. In addition to a shower and vanity, the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a washing machine and an electric towel radiator. There is a dryer in the building and can be used on request. A new fully equipped kitchen (sink, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cooking utensils, spices...) invites you to cook😊 From the hallway you can also access the bedroom to the east, to the courtyard, with a workstation, comfortable box spring bed 160 cm x 200 cm, sofa with coffee table and smart TV 55". The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed 150 cm x 200 cm. If you wish, please specify when booking. There are two bedside lamps with USB ports. The second bedroom faces west, towards the street. There is a comfortable box-spring bed 180 cm x 200 cm, a sofa that can be prepared as a sofa bed 150 cm x 200 cm (if desired, please specify when booking), as well as a chest of drawers, shelves/storage systems for clothing and a smart TV 55". There are two bedside lamps with USB ports. The stylish interior of the rooms harmonizes with the flooring in wood look. Central heating is available in all rooms. The apartment is equipped with fresh linens, as well as shower and hand towels. Free Wi-Fi is available. Guest access A roller door in the building passage shields the courtyard with the car parking spaces from the street. Please always close the roller door. A car can be parked free of charge in the courtyard. This is also where you will find our Bungalow Auszeit Erfurt, which we have been renting as a vacation home since November 2021. Additional guests and tenants park in the courtyard. There is the possibility to store bicycles. Bicycles can also be rented for €5,- per day or on request for the entire stay. There are 3 women's bikes and 3 men's bikes available. Please notify us of the rental of bicycles for reservation before arrival. Other things to note The accommodation tax is already included in the booking price! (applies to bookings from 09/19/2024) From January 1, 2024, the city of Erfurt will levy an accommodation tax for private and professional overnight stays. This is 5% of the nightly rate and is included in the total price. For many hosts, the accommodation tax is to be paid on site. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. Please go to the courtyard for this. You are welcome to use the communal garden in the courtyard for an outdoor break. A roller shutter in the building passage locks the courtyard with the car parking spaces to the street. Please always close the roller door.
