Full of charm, it is comfortable, fully air-conditioned and bright. It is ideal for stays with family, friends and even two families thanks to its two distinct spaces each equipped with their kitchen with private entrance connected by the central staircase. These many terraces and balconies will allow you to relax after moments of sharing with family or friends. The house is equipped with WiFi (fiber) with several repeaters in the house. On the first level, a large open entrance serves the living room and the separate, fully-equipped kitchen with adjoining pantry. Separated from the entrance by 2 steps, the extensive office space facing the sea as well as the spacious living room with dining area and lounge area with fireplace. This living space overlooks a large terrace facing the sea that stretches for almost the entire length of the house with views of the Sanguinaires Islands and the pool. Served by a hallway, the night part of the first level consists of 3 bedrooms with storage and two shower rooms with toilet including a private one. The most spacious of the bedrooms overlooks the terrace facing the sea (1 bed 180 with 2 mattresses in 90x200) and offers an independent shower room with toilet. A second bedroom with two twin beds (90x200cm) overlooks a beautiful en-suite terrace. The 3rd bedroom (1 bed 180 with 2 mattresses in 90x200) opens onto the terrace facing the sea. On the lower floor you will find the second space with its own fully equipped kitchen and are dining area for 4 to 6 people, as well as two bedrooms and 1 shower room. A first bedroom (1 bed 180 with 2 90x200 mattresses) has a lounge area and access to an adjoining terrace shaded by trees and secluded from the main terrace. The second bedroom (1 180 bed with 2 90x200 mattresses) has a window overlooking the sea. The living area on the ground floor, consisting of the kitchen and dining area described above, opens onto a shaded terrace facing the sea with table and chairs. Finally, on the garden side to the west, an extensive covered terrace leads to the pool surrounded by high washingtonia palm trees overlooking the Sanguinaires Islands. A ping pong table is also available. A garage with a parking space completes this lot. A caretaker lives in an outbuilding on the same property but not visible from the house. * The pool is equipped with a heat pump and may be heated at certain times of the year (March – April – May – October – November – December), depending on the weather.
