With only 3 units on the property, there's no overcrowding like in the city or other packed beaches. Other things to note For added security, we provide CCTV in key areas. Internet access is FREE, Starlink was installed and speeds are posted under WIFI @. 46MBPS Island tours will be arranged based on weather conditions. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the weather. Rest assured, with the pool area, bar area, beach, play ground for kids, and water activities, you won't find yourself lacking things to keep you and your family building memories to last a lifetime. Power can go out at any moment but our property is equipped with a 75Kva automatic generator which powers the entire compound. Please note: Our neighbors just started building there dream home on the property next to ours. There is a potential for noise during construction hours which is generally 7:30 AM -4:30 PM.
