Villa Xelhita is nestled on the heights 4 km from Torrox-Costa (15 min). It offers sea and mountain views depending on the different places you are in the house. Everything is earned... the access road to the house is mainly dirt and cemented on the steep parts, they are secondary mountain roads in the heart of mango plantations. The space Private single-story villa with a 100 m2 covered terrace with sea view and unsecured heated pool (Beware of children!) located at the back of the villa offering a nice view of the mountains. Petanque court with sea view. Outdoor shower and many lounges to rest outside. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and open kitchen. Outdoor kitchen with Plancha. All the comforts for a good vacation. It is strongly recommended to arrive at the villa during the day and not at night. Guest access You have the entire villa at your disposal, with no other occupants. The access road is winding, drivers must be comfortable on this type of road, we recommend that you rent an SUV. The house is not recommended for children under 8 years old. The surroundings of the house are not secure as well as the pool. The annex next to the pool is an unoccupied technical reserve. Other things to note Tap water can be used for running water but is not recommended for drinking, as almost everywhere in Andalusia bottled water is recommended for drinking. No toilet paper should be flushed in the toilet, only in the trash. We do not recommend the villa for young children for safety reasons at the pool and some surroundings. Be sure to arrive at the villa during the day and not at night as the road can be much more complicated in the dark of night.
