This large apartment is the upstairs of a private house in which tenants live in the downstairs. The apartment is close to many local amenities with a brand new supermarket only 1 minute walk away and just a stone throw away from Grand Mal beach front! Located in the heart of Grand Mal, a short drive to town, around 10 minutes from the national stadium, around 20 minutes drive from Grand Anse and local to Grenada’s underwater sculpture park! The space Airy and bright living space, large bathroom and 2 bedrooms, large living room and spare dining room and large kitchen! Kitchen includes cooker, fridge microwave etc but one note is that the worktop has slightly gone down next to the kitchen sink but want to make guests aware. Sink is still able to use but just wanted to let all guests know! :). Also access to outdoor washroom with large washing machine and sink for washing clothes along with hanging rail in the back of the house. Please note the downstairs tenants use the washroom but are very lovely homely tenants that are always there to help. Always comes with wifi!
