Resort offers indoor and outdoor pools (including a kiddie pool), indoor and outdoor hot tubs, saunas, tennis, pickleball, basketball, horseshoes, putting green, gym, grilling areas, and an ON SITE coffee and ice cream shop! Condo offers beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear free for your use! Condo includes all the comforts of home, including games, puzzles, and movies for your down time! The space Beautifully remodeled 2 bed, 2 bath beach side condo! Resort located on the beach! This condo is located on the 7th floor, and on the West side- so you get AMAZING sunset views! This condo is loaded with all essentials to ensure a wonderful stay, including beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas (please note- specific beach gear cannot be guaranteed and beach towels are not provided)! The balcony has bar height seating for 4. The balcony doors are situated such that you get direct views of the ocean while sitting on the couch. You can also access the balcony from the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything one should need including a blender, air fryer, griddle, waffle maker, mixer, crockpot, lots of pots and pans and plenty of serve ware, dish ware, and utensils. Kitchen appliances are less than two years old! The condo has WiFi and cable. The cable comes on the main television and the television in the Master bedroom. All televisions have ability for you to access Netflix, etc. using your own sign in information. There is also a Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room and a DVD player in the second bedroom. We have a good supply of movies for all ages! Games and puzzles are available for use on those rainy days. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans and an additional floor fan for your comfort. As of January 2025, BRAND NEW KING BED in master bedroom with QUALITY memory foam mattress. There are extra pillows and blankets for a good night's rest! Master bath has a BRAND NEW gorgeous walk-in shower! The second bathroom has a BRAND NEW shower/bath combo. We use our condo for our own vacations so we ensure that your every need will be met. We also make regular visits to the condo to ensure everything is working correctly. This resort is ON THE BEACH with several pools (including a kiddie pool, a large saltwater pool, and a huge new indoor pool) and an indoor and outdoor hot tub. There are also tennis courts, pickleball courts, saunas, putting green, library, and workout room for your enjoyment. Grills and picnic tables are also available. The lobby of the resort has vending machines for sodas, water, and snacks and bags of ice are available for purchase at the main pool area. Kiva Dunes golf course is steps away and a marina and boat launch are right across the street. A brand-new specialty smoothie, coffee, and ice cream shop just opened up ON SITE as well! The indoor hot tub, saunas, exercise room, library, a self-serve laundry room, and restaurant are all on the first floor of the building- making for very easy access!
