So that everyone can enjoy an excellent experience, we ask you to take these rules into account during your stay: Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out before 11:00 a.m. Please respect these schedules as we need enough time to prepare the apartment for the following guests. Before arrival, it is mandatory to send the complete list of guests with their official identification number. This is a requirement of the building to authorize entry. All guests must present their identity document at check-in. In the case of minors, they must be accompanied by their parents or by a responsible adult with a notarized permit in their name. The building charges a mandatory identification handle at check-in. It has an approximate value of $10,000 COP (about $2.35 USD) per person. This handle is necessary for access throughout the stay. External visits, parties or events are not allowed. Access to the building and apartment is restricted exclusively to people registered in the reservation. No smoking inside the apartment or in common areas of the building. Take care of the apartment as if it were your own: avoid causing damage or leaving it in bad condition. Please keep the noise level moderate, especially at night. We want to respect the rest of all the neighbors. If you use the parking lot (if available), tell us the license plate of the vehicle at the time of registration. Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise indicated in the ad.
