Charming old house in a quiet condominium with a garden with trees, for 2 to 6 people, 30 minutes from the center of Nancy, comprising 1 living room, 2 large bedrooms, 1 attic bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 small beds, 2 bathrooms with toilets, 1 equipped kitchen, and 1 dining room. Close to essential shops. The house offers a lovely setting for those who want to recharge their batteries as a couple, with family or with friends. Nearby outdoor activities: Walks along the Moselle, kayaking, Fort Pélissier recreation area. The space On the first level, there is the living room, the kitchen and the dining room, as well as a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and its ensuite bathroom and toilet. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed (90x190 cm), a bedroom with two small single beds (70x185 cm, intended more for children or smaller individuals), an attic bedroom with a third double bed (140x190 cm), as well as a second bathroom with a toilet. Linens are provided and the beds are made for your arrival. As for the outdoor area, you can enjoy the entire wooded garden, which includes tables and a children's play area with a swing. Guest access Access to the house is autonomous (key box). Check-in after 4pm. Check-out before 11am. Detailed check-in information is automatically visible 48 hours before. The host lives next to the house. - There is a pond in the garden: be careful with children. - The two small single beds (70 cm wide) are especially suitable for children and small people. - Access to the attic bedroom is via a small ladder (see photo in the image gallery). - The house is non-smoking. In addition to the listed appliances, the kitchen contains a fondue set, raclette grill, crêpe maker, and grilled cheese sandwich maker, and there is a barbecue in the garden.
