Child-friendly spacious villa close to Gothenburg and the sea

Here, you will stay in a child-friendly, spacious 163-square-meter (1,753-square-foot) house in a quiet area close to Gothenburg and the west coast. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 3 bathrooms. Free parking in the driveway, space for 3 cars. Train to Gothenburg takes 18 minutes & only 20 km to Marstrand. Grocery store, coffee shop/bakery, pizzeria, and pharmacy are within walking distance. The house has all the amenities you need. Large balcony with sun all day, trampoline & a spacious lawn. In the area, there are forest trails, bike paths, horse stables, playgrounds, and ball fields. The space The house you will stay in is bright and fresh in a modern tone. Large spacious areas and a large lovely terrace in a sunny location as well as a moderately large lawn perfect for play and bus. The house is surrounded by hedges towards streets and neighbors as well as gates you can close so that the children do not run away. The area has many playgrounds, is close to the sea and Gothenburg, has convenient access to shops and cafes, and is surrounded by nature. Please remember that you are staying in someone’s home; show respect and consideration. Guest access You have access to the whole house and garden. Garage and storage are not accessible. No access to private drawers and wardrobes. Electric car charging is not allowed. There are many chargers around Kungälv. There will be space for storage in the wardrobe and drawers. If it is summer when you stay here, you are free to eat both the strawberries that are in the pallet collars and strawberries that grow around the garden :) Other things to note Sheets and towels can be brought by yourself. There are duvets and pillows. Unfortunately, no animals are welcome, as well as smoking prohibitions in the house. Loud parties that disturb the neighborhood are also not allowed. Cleaning is done by the guest upon checkout. The checklist will be in the cleaning cabinet. Please leave home in the condition you received it in.
