Loving details create a peaceful, quiet atmosphere and bring the charm of country life to life. Walks and winter hikes start right outside the front door – the vacation home is on the path of silence. An ideal holiday home also for water-loving dogs: Right in front of the garden door there is an easily accessible entrance to the river. In addition to the swans, you will occasionally meet anglers who – even in the cooler season – linger on the shore. The Pure Jagst – Winter Magic by the River Even in winter, the Pure Jagst enchants with its unique tranquility and the gentle beauty of the river. Hoarfrost glitters on the shore, the water flows quietly, and the farmhouse radiates cozy warmth from the inside. From the dining or fireplace room you can enjoy the peaceful winter panorama – ideal for relaxing hours or long walks in the snow. Even in the cold season, the swans visit the river bank, and occasionally you meet anglers who enjoy the winter silence. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in this house. Please specify the number in your booking. The holiday property may only be occupied in the previously agreed number of people (including babies and infants). It must be agreed with the agency if additional people are in the cottage during the day. The minimum rental period is always 3 nights for all people.  The minimum rental period also applies to people who are only temporarily guests in the property. A reduction in the number of people after the conclusion of the contract does not result in a change of the rental price. The entrance to the cottage is via a key safe. The pin will be communicated by email 3 days prior to your arrival. Arrival is possible from 4 pm. Please leave by 10 am. Depending on the booking situation, you can ask for a late check-out. Use as a party location is not allowed. In the sense of the good neighborhood, a quiet night is to be held between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets: may only be brought in agreement with the rental agency and for a fee, in the number previously specified. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed in bed, on the sofa or on the armchair. The dog droppings in the garden and around the vacation property must be collected. We ask that you vacuum before your departure to remove the animal hair (swept clean). For technical reasons, it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the power supply of the holiday property. This is not designed for this and may result in fires. For each subsequent contract change we charge €20 processing fee We reserve the right to charge a deposit of €500 for a rental to commercial customers. This will be refunded within 14 days in case of complaint-free departure. If you use the house commercially, you would have to indicate this with us.
