House Riverfront City Center Pool

House of 300 m2 (4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) on a 5000 m2 wooded park located 600 m from the city center of Vitré We are renting our house for a month-long trip. The house consists of a 80 m2 living room/kitchen, 4 bedrooms with bathroom, all air-conditioned on the 1st floor of a renovated mill. A 100 m2 living room is located on the ground floor adjoining a terrace and a 5000 m2 wooded park with a 7.20 x 3.60 meter above ground pool Trampoline, 45 m2 terrace, barbecue Tranquility and comfort assured The space Someone will be looking after the house during our departure She is very discreet and lives in an apartment on the top floor of the mill (private access). She is responsible for informing you if you need to know about the functioning of the house. She takes care of the pool, watering, various maintenance of the property and our dog "Toscane", a 2-year-old English Setter Lemon who is adorable with children. You will only see her if you ask her (she lives her life and spends her time chasing birds) The living room on the ground floor includes a kitchen, fireplace, various games (table football, ping pong table, darts...) A river passes through the property, we accept no responsibility for the pool and the river for children. Other things to note The living rooms and bedrooms are located on the first floor. Various cameras are located on the property and serve as an alarm and deterrent There are 2 cameras in the living room on the ground floor which can be disabled during your stay There are 4 televisions in the house with all channels and streaming services, Wi-Fi covers the inside and outside of the house All beds are memory foam 1ch (180 x 200) 1ch (160 x 200) 2 ch (140 x 200) This listing is brief, please don't hesitate to ask us any questions
