Our apartment on the second floor is easily accessible by elevator, so you can immediately immerse yourself in a cozy atmosphere. The living area includes a dining area, a sofa bed for 2 people and a smart TV. In the bedroom you will find a double bed, another sofa bed for 1 person and a wardrobe. The practical kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and cooling. The bathroom has a shower or bathtub, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. For your comfort, Wi-Fi, a large balcony and of course the elevator to the second floor are available. Mobility made easy: the MobilCard is included! Guest access Park and lawn with outdoor shower, barbecue, seating, lounging and dining facilities for all guests. The bathing establishment on Lake Wolfsgruben (only a 5-minute walk away) as well as the swimming pools in Oberbozen and Klobenstein can be used free of charge – admission is included in the Mobilcard (subject to changes by the Mobilcard provider). Other things to note Local tax of €2.50 per person per night is not included in the listed prices and must be paid on site (children are exempt from this until the age of 14). Pets! Our apartments are suitable for accommodating a maximum of one dog per accommodation. Please specify when booking! No other pets are allowed in our apartments.
