Introducing eucalyptus retreat set on a spacious 42 acres of land offering an escape off the beaten track and away from city bustle . Just 2 hours away from Brisbane and a short 5 minutes from Blackbutt we offer a traditional country retreat. You will have the full 42 acres to yourself. Our converted barn is set on acreage and offers great views to its surroundings and wildlife. The area offers abundant cycling tracks both off-road and on-road and just a short distance from the town center . The space The property presents a beautiful wide open tranquil space with on it a converted barn and large outdoor covered area with a long table for entertaining. We also have a traditional queenslander located to the side. The queenslander is also available and will be up soon as separate accommodation that can be added as an option. You will have the full 42 acres to yourself. The barn is a large open space with a queen double and two singles separated by black screens. Please bring your own linen and blankets. This helps keep the price down. There are two large ac units to keep you warm at night or cool during the day. The integrated living room has two comfortable couches facing a tv that has all basic Channels and smart apps. We have nbn Satelite Wi-Fi throughout. A brand new large bathroom is available with shower. A new kitchen also available. For cooking there is a bbq located outside with side burner. Or a electric wok for inside. Should you need it there is also an air fryer available inside and coffee maker and large fridge. We have a solar system and welcome electric vehicle charging during the day with a level 1 charging cable. We don’t have mains water and rely on rainwater. Please take with you drinking water although there will be some provisions made available free of charge. It has a few walking trails allowing guests to explore the adjacent dam and wild bushland. Enjoy an evening around the fireplace and bbq. Currently closed due to fire ban. There is ample space to setup an outdoor dining area also. A 3 bedroom queenslander to cater for larger group stays is now also available at an additional booking. Guest access There is a coded key box to access the home Special instructions will be provided to provide coordinates and access to the property. Other things to note Please bring your own linen and sheets! This to save on additional cleaning and laundry costs. We have Satelite nbn available. We also have a solar system and ev charging during the day is no problem. Two black bins located around the side one for general waste one for recycling. Please ensure covers are secured and waste is disposed of in closed garbage bags provided.
