Please be aware that you are allowed to park on the driveway right in front of the garage, however because it’s a tandem, I may have to ask to move my car in/out if I am home. (NOT handicap friendly) You will receive codes to access gate and front door on day of check-in. Please take off shoes upon entering. (Use shoerack) Master bedroom includes: - Queen size bed - Desk + chair - Door lock (inside only) - Large double vanity bathroom - Stand up shower - Walk-in closet - Electric wall heater - Fan A/C unit located in the dining room only. Guest access - Driveway for parking - Fully stocked kitchen, cookware, baking sheets - Fridge and pantry space for your groceries - Utensils, glasses, plates - Microwave, oven, rice cooker, coffee, air fryer - Living room with other bathroom - TV (living room) with Netflix, Apple TV, etc. - Water💧from 164th St well (blue bottles) - Laundry room - Ironing board + iron - 2nd floor outside patio - Wifi Inquire about longer term stays. During your stay I may be in and out of the house, or not home at all. but am open to chatting and meeting new people. Otherwise, I’ll keep to myself and respect your privacy. Other things to note Please be aware there is one Nest security doorbell/ camera mounted on the front door facing the street and one in the garage. Also, any lost gate or garage openers will cost $50 each to replace, if provided.
