Welcome to our beautiful coastal home. This is a new house build situated in a secure, luxury estate in Sheffield Beach. The house is designed to enjoy ocean views from every room. The luscious flat lawn is perfect for kids to run & play on. You can laze at the pool and soak up the sun & endless views. Enjoy sundowners in the jacuzzi. Roast marshmallows around the fire pit. Light up a braai and embrace Sheffield Beach's balmy evenings. Relaxation & a good time is guaranteed. The space Upstairs is the main bedroom (king bed) with ensuite bathroom. Enjoy morning coffee in bed with a view of the ocean, or pour yourself some champagne and enjoy a bubble bath while watching the sea! There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, one of which has a queen bed, the other a single. There’s also a pyjama lounge on the landing with a small sleeper couch if need be. Downstairs is the guest room (queen bed) with guest bathroom. Please note, as this is a brand new build, the house has limited curtaining/blinds. Although privacy is not a problem (only the ocean looks back at you), be ready for bright & early mornings. There is also lots of construction within the estate which needs to be mentioned. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the home (excluding the lock-up garage). This estate also offers direct beach access. Other things to note This estate has direct beach access onto the pristine Seaton Beach. You can also walk from within the estate, down to Christmas Bay - this has awesome rock pools for kids to play in! During your stay you can also make use of the lovely nature trail walks in the estate, as well as the other amenities on offer: clubhouse; tennis courts; astro field; outdoor gyms; kiddies' playgrounds. Also note our home has a full solar system (10KW) so we are well equipped for load shedding and general power outages.
