Private paradise facing the Bay (Ilha Itaparica)

Arrival at the condominium can be made by speedboat through the Bay (we have a pier) or through Ba 001, by Catu de Cacha Pregos. ❌We charge for ELECTRICITY via PIX (1.30 kw) ❌Bed linen included. We do not offer towels. The space Large house, ideal for enjoying your vacation, relaxing with family. Literally foot in the sand!! It has 4 suites + 1 bedroom. All with air conditioning. Large kitchen with pantry. It has 2 living rooms, 4 smart TVs. Area with barbecue area, pool, minibar, freezer and private bathroom. Kitchen with basic utensils, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, water filter (cold) and portable ice machine and electric Réchaud. ❌We don't allow visitors! ❌ WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. Please don't insist!! ❌Excess of people in excess of (10) pay extra fee! Respect the RULES ❌If you opt for bedding, we charge laundry fee (20 per bed). We have ❌no bathing suit (towels). ❌Availability 1 Cx of sound JBL charge 4 for use. ❌01 Standup board for sport. Game ❌table w/ deck, domino, uno, chess. ❌Condomínio has no infrastructure for children. (Ex: parks, lane for biclicle, scooter etc…). But we have a large green area. Guest access All the private spaces of the house as well as the condominium and beach area! Other things to note ➡️ Private condominium with guardhouse, staff and 24-hour security cameras. ❌ IT IS A RULE to check in, provide names and document numbers of all guests 24 hours in advance! There is strict control for entry into the condominium. ❌It is important to go to the market and bring medicines for daily use or for any emergency, as Vila de Catu only has 2 small points of sale, for "very simple needs". Berlinque is 4 km from the village for larger purchases. ❌In the event of a FORTUITOUS event, we are not responsible for a momentary lack of Water or Energy, as it is a service provided by a public concessionaire, in which we have no interference. However, we have 3 tanks with a total capacity of 13,000 liters, which guarantees a momentary supply of drinking water. We also have 2 emergency lights. ❌ Use water and electricity wisely!! ❌ Take care of the house! Indoor furniture is not allowed to be used outdoors exposed to the sun or rain. ❌Garbage is collected daily at 7:30 a.m. by the condominium. We have 2 trash cans in the garage to store them. ❌ We have 3 spotlights for greater illumination of the area in front of the pool. ❌ We provide 3 parking spaces for the house. If you need more, let us know in advance! ❌The house cleaning fee is for check-in and checkout. If you need extra cleaning during your stay, it's on the guest. ❌A pool cleaner is hired for weekly cleaning. ❌All showers in the house have hot water, except for the Mezzanine and the pool shower!! ❌ When checking out: 1- Close all faucets, showers, windows and doors and hand over the key to the guardhouse. After departure, an inspection will be carried out. If there is any kind of DAMAGE, please let us know! 2- Turn off air conditioners, TVs and all lights. 3- Turn off the Ice Machine, Coffee Maker and Airfryer. 4- Leave kitchen utensils and sink clean. 5- Make sure you are not forgetting any personal belongings. We are not responsible for valuables! 6- Collect all the trash and place it in the garage bins. 7- Check-out must be done by 10 a.m. 8- Send us a message when you are ready to check out.
