It is located 2 minutes away from water parks such as Santa Isabel and Las Estacas. 15 minutes from El Rollo and 25 minutes from Lake Tequesquitengo. We have air conditioning in all three rooms A 70 cm deep children's pool and a garden where you can sunbathe and cook. Owners live downstairs and are always attentive to needs. They speak English fluently and offer transportation service The space The house is located on the second floor. The owners live on the first floor and are available for any needs. They do not interact if they do not wish to. We have 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The master bedroom has mini-split air conditioning and a bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have fans and air conditioning, and share the main bathroom. All bedrooms have large closets. The kitchen is equipped with capsule and coffee bean coffee makers. We provide complimentary water from a jug. The TV is equipped with Netflix and other apps. The pool is in the garden and has direct access. It has a terrace and a grill to make a delicious roasted meat. Covered parking for up to 8 cars if necessary.
