A small 34 m2 loft, located in Chinatown, functional and very cozy, prepared with everything you need to make your stay totally enjoyable. It has an elevator, 24/7 surveillance, a roof garden, a gym, a laundry room, and a terrace. It has a great location very close to the heart of the city, with various tourist attractions, a wide variety of dining options, and places of interest within easy reach. The space The accommodation is small, 34 m2, ideal for two people. It is located on the 3rd floor, has a memory foam double bedroom with ceiling fan, large closet, living room with ceiling fan, full bathroom, kitchen equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave oven and everything you need to prepare simple food, 32'' SmarTV with Netflix and AmazonPrime, comfortable sofa bed, table for three and two double windows that prevent outside noise. The building has 24/7 surveillance, a beautiful roof garden, gym, and laundry center. Guest access A roof garden, gym, and laundry room Other things to note You can access the Roof Garden on the top floor, as well as the small area with some gym equipment. The equipment in the laundry area (washer and dryer) costs $20.00 pesos each, and can only be used from 9 am to 9 pm. If you need it, we have the option of early check-in or late check-out for an extra cost of $300 pesos that you can pay in cash at the front desk. Therefore, these services cannot be 100% guaranteed during your stay, and failure to provide them will not be grounds for a refund as it is beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to restore them as soon as possible in the event of a failure.
