We've installed Eco-Sensors on our A/C units that automatically adjust based on room occupancy. • The Eco-Sensors turn off the AC when doors are open for more than 3 minutes and when the room is unoccupied for an extended period. • Once the room is occupied, and all doors are closed, the AC units stay on and operate normally. HOUSEKEEPING DURING YOUR STAY • The included cleaning fee is for cleaning after your departure. • For stays of 8 nights or longer, weekly cleaning is required at a rate of $50 USD per week. • Should guests desire more frequent cleaning, this is available at US $50 per housekeeping visit.
