This home is a simple farm house styled house with some unique and homely touches. Set on the magical Takaka Hill you can easily travel to Motueka or Kaiteriteri, or down to Takaka and all Golden Bay has to offer. The views are magical. The home is up a long gravel drive/track. It is on a large block of land. The home has all you need but is simple & basic. Enjoy old style holidays here. Dogs welcome. Supply your own linen and bedding. Some basics are here. Bring your sleeping bags. The space This home wasn't once built in one go.. from the road it looked derelict up on the Kikirunga range. We have made it into an explorable 32ha estate. Guest access Guests have access to the full home and property. Other things to note This house didnt get to this point easily. 23 years to get a code of compliance from TDC. The estate is being developed with regenerating native forest. Don't expect perfection at all but it is unique and well positioned to explore our region. The last 500m driveway is gravel.
