You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. Just 5 minutes to cottonwood canyons and 20 minutes to downtown SLC sites, you will enjoy staying in this newly remodeled space. This is a cozy studio apartment in a walk-out basement. You will have your own uncovered parking space off the street, a private 6'X6' storage unit for skis and bikes, a beautiful patio and key code access to the private entrance. The couch is a full-size pullout that can handle one adult or 2 small children. We live upstairs so at times you will probably hear foot traffic above you, but we try to limit walking over the space in early morning and late night hours. Your entrance is through the back gate around to the patio. Ground level entry, no stairs. Please do not access the upper patio and deck. We'll send the key code to you the day before check-in. Other things to note There is a covered locked pool outside. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood so ask that you not have loud gatherings. We have a small hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog that lives upstairs. No parties. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises. No pets.
