New Hall Coach House

Set in the grounds of a Georgian family home , this coach house has been recently refurbished to accommodate up to 5 people. It has it's own terrace overlooking an orchard with outdoor dining and sofa area. Nestled behind the Walton backwaters famed for bird watching and seals. It's only a 10 minute drive to several beautiful beaches making a good fit for families. Dogs very welcome. The space You enter into The Coach House straight into a small living area with a pull out table that can fit 4 adults to eat around, a sofa and tv. (We can provide a high chair or 2 for any babies or young children, pls ask in advance) There is an area for coats, wellies and dog bowls/treats provided too. A kitchenette with a 2 ring induction hob, microwave, toaster fridge and a small bistro/bar stool eating area for 2 adults. Pls note - there is no oven so only simple cooking is recommended. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a day bed in for 1 adult or a child/ teenager & that same double bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom(with bath so suitable for children- if your bringing children we can provide bath toys too!). We can also provide a travel cot and baby bath for babies. The 2nd double bedroom has modern 'crittle' double doors providing a view from your bed into the orchard. This room is slightly smaller although a good size still and contemporary decor. there is another separate minimal and modern shower room with walk in shower, loo and sink. The Coach House has a back patio door opening from the hall way into your own private terrace with outdorr dining for 8 and a outdoor sofa area too.
