Welcome to our charming 1906 home, full of character, history, and quiet country beauty. Your private Airbnb suite is located within our historic house, but is completely blocked off from the main living space, giving you your own entrance and privacy during your stay. The Home sits on approximately 4 acres, offering plenty of open space to relax and unwind. A serene pond on the property provides a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or just to sit and relax. The space This property feels tucked away , but please be aware that it is surrounded by a close neighbor and their family farm. I hope you take time to enjoy my property and at the same time I ask that you respect my neighbors and just stay on the property in front of the blue house. While the suite is fully separated and self-contained, please note that because this is still part of our home, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds depending on who is at home at the time. We always strive to be respectful and quiet for our guest comfort. Please note: this is a historic home built in 1906. While the interior Airbnb space is thoughtfully maintained and welcoming, the exterior is due for a fresh coat of paint. We like to think of it as part of the homes well loved character – – and once you step inside you, you’ll find a beautiful, comfortable space that feels warm and inviting. The driveway is a dirt road and may have a few potholes during certain times of the year, so we recommend arriving slowly and with care. Most vehicles handle it just fine, and the peaceful setting at the end is well worth it. Guest access Feel free to enjoy all the property in front of the blue house, all other property belongs to my neighbors and so I respectfully ask that you do not wander on to their property, but just stay on the property in front of the house. Other things to note Due to the location of the Airbnb the internet is considered slow.
