The cottage has all mod cons including a large kitchen diner with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer. The lounge is comfy and cosy with stairs leading up to the main bathroom and 2 bedrooms 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There is also a cloakroom downstairs. Underfloor heating and central heating make your stay quite luxurious. You also have a wonderful pub plus 2 award-winning restaurants in the village, the Indian is just 5 minute’s walk away Steeped in history there has been a church at Great Eversden since at least 1092, and dedicated to St Mary, the original church was replaced in the 13th century after being struck by lightning. Watch the lambing at Wimpole Hall, you can even feed the Lambs which is a magical experience for children, there are always plenty of activities, depending on the season Granchester is very easily accessible this is a charming village with great pubs restaurants and riverside walks Orwell village is 5 minutes another pretty English village with great pubs restaurants and walks, Wimpole Home Farm is located here Transport Travelling to Cambridge- the Park & ride is great and it's free to park!
