Our house is a cozy Queenslander house conveniently located in the heart of Hamilton! It is our family house and we're delighted to share it while we are away. The space THE LOCATION: - 10min drive from/to the airport; - Less than 10min walk to access public transport such as buses, train and enjoy a ride with Brisbane ferry to the city and back. - Peak hour route depart right at the door to the city. - 10mins walk to grocery and restaurants; - 5mins walk to Portside and waterfront; - Near gateway motorway to Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. THE HOUSE: - Ducted AC in all rooms - Block out shutters for all the bedrooms (a must for Queensland) - Spacious veranda and backyard - gym area Guest access Feel free to use kitchen appliances, bowels and cups. Gym area is also for sharing if you are bored. Other things to note The queen bed has medium to hard mattress. There is NO washing machine option in the house. (Our laundry area is where our storage is thus we made it unavailable.
