This 3 BR/2 Bath condo is tastefully designed for a luxurious yet cozy feel. The condo is close to the pool and just a 5-minute walk to the pristine, fine white sand and emerald waves of the Gulf. There is a seasonal golf cart shuttle to the beach. There are tennis and pickle ball courts as well as access to the Coastal Eastern Lake. The space Professionally decorated, the master hosts a large king bed and the second bedroom a queen bed. The bunk room can sleep 5 with two full beds and twin bunk. Queen sleeper sofa also in the unit. The patio has a wonderful unobstructed eastward view for coffee and morning sunrises. The unit is newly renovated and professionally decorated. Our unit Includes 4 new backpack chairs and umbrella for your beach day. Guest access Guests have access to two pools on the property. Catch a ride on the golf cart concierge to the beach from March to September. Don't forget to get in a game of tennis and pickle ball too. There are onsite bike and golf cart rentals if you would like to jump on one for yourself too. Beachside Villas is located next to the coastal Eastern Lake which is perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. You can truly do it all at this location. Other things to note We regret to inform you that our unit is not animal friendly. Any evidence of animals in the unit will result in a $250.00 charge. Also, any evidence of smoking will result in a $250.00 charge.
