The space This space is a newly renovated upstairs apartment with the charm of the original 1920 craftsman style architecture relevant throughout. There is one bedroom with one queen bed and it’s own master bath. A half bath is also available for additional guests. There is one pull out sofa in the living room and one queen air mattress available as well. This is a second story apartment, stairs are seen in photos. There is keyless entry to the stairwell as well as to the unit. There is designated free parking and a large covered outdoor porch equipped with a grill and seating. There are security cameras at the entry of the stairwell and exterior of the building. These are used to monitor guest numbers, pets, etc. It is important to us that this is a cozy, comfortable, quite space for our guest. Guest access You will access the unit via a stairwell located located behind a locked door on small side porch of unit. The apartment is at the top of the stairs the Door On The Right marked “Steeple View” . The door on the left is a private residence, the Tenants are quite and respectful, please do not enter or disturb.
