The space Gated -Secure Complex in Tulum Jungle 1/2 Mile to Town This is a great new condo on the south end of Tulum on the edge of the jungle in a newer upscale residential area. It's a short 1/2 mile walk or bike ride to town with lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from. Both bedrooms are spacious and have private bathrooms with second floor terrace access. The kitchen is great for entertaining, it's fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to make your family and friends fabulous gourmet meals. The private courtyard is also a wonderful outdoor dining option. If you are trying to decide between a condo-villa in town or a beach house or hotel, let us point out a couple of 'nice things' about being closer to town in a luxury condo. Beyond being much less expensive, it is simple luxuries; here you'll have full-time power, air conditioning, WiFi, lovely pool, TV DVD player, great water pressure for hot or cold showers and a feeling of being in your very own villa in Mexico. If you are worried about getting to the beach you really shouldn't, it's a 5-10 minute drive or taxi ride (depending on beach area) and there's number of great little cabana resorts that will welcome you free of charge-assuming you plan to have a bite to eat or a few drinks there, OR you can simply go to the pristine public beach access and bring our beach chairs, cooler and umbrella with you! Spend your days on the beach or checking out the ruins, lagoons and cenotes and then retreat to TRUE luxury. We have had nothing but rave reviews. We LOVE the beach, but we cherish going back to the jungle villa after a long day out in the sun, sand and wind. The other great thing about being in town is the food, shopping and entertainment, you'll have a variety of international dining options in Tulum 'town' versus the beach where most of the restaurants and shops are more expensive and your choices are somewhat limited. It's also nice to have more options for entertainment and shopping within walking distance, especially if you have been 'out there' on the beach all day. There's excellent fresh fish, fruit and veggies within walking distance. Guest access Guests have full access to pool and gated common areas. Free off street parking. Other things to note Stays of 28 nights or longer will pay pro-rated electricity. A $10.00 USD per day deposit is required. Deposit will be refunded less the actual use.
