The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Only 6 minutes away from downtown Rosarito. The space New spacious and modern home, with large spaces, ideal for relaxing with family and or friends. Has 3 master bedrooms with King size beds in two and a Cal King in one, their own full bathrooms plus two ½ bathrooms within Exclusive Oceanview residential with first class service and amenities. Access to the Club house with heated pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, parks, gym, restaurant and bar where you can purchase food and alcohol, and above all 24 hr security for you and your family. Only a 6 minute drive to downtown Rosarito/Papas & Beer. Guest access You’ll have access to the whole house. Including the rooftop. Please do not use the washer and dryer. Other things to note Late check-out without prior authorization is $75 every 30 mins. We will provide access cards. There will be a $50 charge to replace each card. Please plan accordingly before booking. WiFi is available. Note: There may be instances out of my control that a service may not be available due to weather, service maintenance, or accident. Just please bare with those instances, please plan accordingly and travel prepared.
