1915 carriage house outfitted for your comfort. Queen Bedroom/bathroom very comfy: bathrobes, towels, toiletries. The carriage house serves as kitchen/dining/living room/work space/couch turns into full-size bed with wifi / tv. Bathroom/queen bedroom private yard. Well behaved dogs welcome but must be with humans or crated when separated. Minisplits effectively keeps rooms warm or cool. The rental is separate and behind the main house where I live. Tennis/pickle/skate a block away. The space The carriage house is behind the main house where I live. The first doorway where doormat says “hello” is the bedroom/bathroom. You can enter bathroom from bedroom or from outside. To enter carriage house you enter from separate entrance outside just a few steps away that is covered. The entire fenced yard with outdoor dining is yours! (I do have clothes line in back that I may use and will always message when I’m coming in yard). It really is a unique and comfortable dwelling. I love to host and will make sure you are comfortable and have your privacy! Guest access Guests have access to rental and backyard. With longer term guests you’ll have access to my laundry room (washer and dryer) and I do have an outdoor clothes line that I use to dry work sheets. Other things to note There is one queen size bed in bedroom and full size sofa bed in carriage house when needed. I love dogs and well behaved pups are welcome here. And I know they can be stressed in unfamiliar settings so please have them with you or crate when gone. Of course each dog is unique so exceptions are considered.
