The all weather, enclosed, heated, outdoor pool is lockable to ensure your childrens safety. Its 32ft x 16ft and has romans steps for a gentle entry and a deep end. The cover allows for a swim and remote control lights make for a goregous evening dip. The enclosure is fully retractable so the pool can be fully open on summer days. The hot tub is a large six seater under cover in the garden with ambient lighting and bluetooth music system. The house features a large kitchen and smaller second kitchen, two large fridge freezers, a range cooker, a double oven, two dishwashers and two washing machines and a tumble dryer. The dining room seats 24. Certainly suitable for a large Christmas dinner or get together event. The main lounge is enormous with log burner and a 63 inch smart tv, with balcony overlooking the pool. There is a second lounge with TV and a games room for rainy day fun. A patio dining area around the pool and in the garden with an outdoor kitchen including comfortable sofas a huge TV and pizza oven. There are two BBQs and plenty of deckchairs and sun loungers. The garden and pool area are fenced, we are a dog friendly property. There are the 6 ensuite king bedrooms (two on the ground floor), 1 family room, 1 king room, 1 twin and a triple room and sofa bed in the small lounge. Linen and towels provided. Two main bathrooms feature a shower and bath one with a huge walk in shower, there is also a downstairs loo. The place is set in countryside with a private access road and large parking area for up to 12 cars with EV charger Guest access The place is all yours! Other things to note Please be aware the property is on many levels with steps into the house, up to the living room, out to the pool and down to the garden.
