Balcony overlooking nature, two gazebos and a cozy area where you can share with your family while enjoying the pool. Enjoy our cozy 2-bedroom, 1-full bathroom residence. The residence has a fully equipped kitchen, stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, and a living room. In addition, it has 2 outdoor bathrooms. Make sure this is what you're looking for.* LOCATION: We are located in Aguada, PR., in the countryside. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Accommodates 6 guests. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed; A/C in both rooms. SECURITY CAMERAS: Video surveillance cameras are installed at the entrance of the property and its surroundings. IMPORTANT!!! THE USE OF CIGARETTES, CANNABIS, ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES, VAPES, AND HOOKAH IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION. **** $150 FINE **** Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary towels down the toilet. Please use the trash can. Emergency unclogging will incur an additional charge. Sheets: Please be respectful of the sheets and towels. Makeup, foundation, cream, and sunscreen can stain sheets or towels. Avoid using hand or bath towels with all your skincare products. Damages: Guests shall pay for repairs should any damage to the property occur. QUIET HOURS: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10 pm, please be aware and respectful of our neighbors. This may lead to a non-refundable cancellation. Checkout: Check-out is at 11:00 AM or earlier. Please make sure to turn off lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, be sure to lock the doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for any lost or unreturned keys. Late check-out will also have penalties. If you wish to extend your stay, you must ask us if it is an option. This will depend on whether we have guests coming that day. Only confirmed guests can stay in the apartment. The presence of unconfirmed guests on the property may lead to a non-refundable cancellation. No more than 6 guests are allowed and this will result in additional fees. Guest access Fully private pool for family enjoyment. Other things to note Activities and events with up to 30 guests are accepted for an additional fee. Ask about offers to celebrate an activity. You must notify us if you wish to perform an activity, otherwise this would lead to an immediate cancellation. If your getaway is related to a special celebration, do not hesitate to inform us, according to availability we can decorate the room or activity. Six towels are offered per stay. If you are staying for a long time and need more, you can request them. Pool towels are NOT offered. CLEANING Daily cleaning is not provided. The accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned before you arrive. Clean towels and sheets are provided. If your stay is longer than 10 days, you can request a cleaning service in the middle of the stay FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. Internet service is offered as a courtesy, subject to provider availability. We assume no responsibility if the provider has problems in the area. Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public electricity and water services, the PR electricity company and Water Co. Reservations are confirmed in recognition that the interruption of these services caused by the provider will not result in the termination of the reservation or any type of refund. Our residence has an electric generator, which will turn on at flexible hours, that is, if the power goes out at night, it will not turn on until the next morning. You must be considerate with the use of appliances when using the generator.
