This sunny, light filled home is minutes from everything! This duplex home sleeps 10 two bdrm and 1 +1/2 bath up and 1/1 down with sleeper sofas.Hard woods throughout. Great for families. Lots of outdoor space! Towels and Linens utilities, cable, wifi and everything included. 30 day minimum The space Upstairs unit is the Pine tree house. Nestled high in the trees with great views. Kitchen with vaulted ceiling, outstanding light, two queen bedrooms, and sleeper couch, 1.5 baths, washer/dryer, Stainless steel appliances, outdoor patio with grill and fire pit, and fenced in back yard. Condo has separate washer/dryer in large laundry room and additional outdoor patio and seating. Flat screen TV, cable, and lovely furnishings. There is room in the driveway for two cars and an additional car on the street in front of the house. You will have the space for one month to come and go as you please during that time or invite friends to be your guests when not in use. When you first arrive you'll need to sign the required one month lease. This price for this timeline is very affordable! Previously rented for $250-$350 per night. For per month you can stay for a solid month or come and go as you please with your guests. Guest access The whole home is yours to use and enjoy! Two lock boxes on the premise have keys to the units. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. We ask that you smoke outdoors and limit loud conversations outside to 11pm or before. In order not to disturb neighbors please use the upstairs back patio for outdoor socializing after 9pm. Under NO circumstances can you use the gravel lot across the street. That is our neighbor's driveway and past tenants have tried to park there. We appreciate your respect for these simple requests! Also we are a pet free rental. Please do not bring your fur babies.
