Pool hours are: • 1st shift: 7 AM - 12 NN • 2nd shift: 2 PM - 7 PM Parking rates: • Cars: 65 pesos for the first 3 hours, 15 pesos for each additional hour. • Motorcycles: 50 pesos for the first 3 hours, 10 pesos for each additional hour. • Overnight Parking: 380 pesos for cars, 300 pesos for motorcycles. Trash bins are by the elevator. • No smoking inside (₱5,000 fine). Use the ground-floor smoking area. • Quiet time: Keep noise down to respect neighbors (₱10,000 penalty). • No pets, please.
