We offer clean, comfortable, and well-maintained stays with modern essentials to let you enjoy the raw beauty of farm life nestled in the foothills of the majestic Western Ghats surrounded by lush coconut farms. House Care * Please help us maintain cleanliness and keep our space welcoming for everyone. * Our kitchen is fully equipped for your use. We kindly request you to wash your own dishes and leave the kitchen tidy. A nominal cleaning fee of Rs. 500 will be applicable if left untidy. * Grocery shopping, food takeaway and deliveries are to be arranged by guests. Our staff can assist you with local contacts. We request you to bring your own bath towels. Please do not use villa towels or bedsheets as floor mats or leave them on the floor. * Permanent stains on the sofa, linen, bedsheets or towels (from food, oil, makeup, ink etc.) or any damage will be charged on an actual replacement/cleaning cost basis. Please inform us immediately in case of any accidental damage. Smoking & Drinking Policy: * Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villa. If traces such as smell, ash or residue are found after checkout, a deep cleaning charge of Rs. 2,000 will be applicable. * Drinking is allowed with responsibility. Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness. Any stains, damage or extra cleaning required due to smoking/drinking will be charged Rs. 2,000 additionally. Our Eco & Farm Policy * We are an Organic Farm and a Plastic-Free Zone. Please do not litter plastic, glass bottles or trash on the farm. Keeping this soil pollution-free is very important to us. * Please do not pluck coconuts, fruits or flowers without permission. Our team will be happy to assist you. * Bonfire and BBQ are available on request at an additional charge. Please do not light a fire on your own. Stay Information * Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 2:00 PM. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability. * Maximum occupancy: 6 Guests | Kids up to 10 years - Complimentary stay. * Complimentary housekeeping is available on alternate days for long stays. Convenience Service * We understand you may need something during your stay. If you would like our caretaker to assist with picking up groceries or essentials from outside, we will be happy to help subject to his availability. A nominal convenience fee of Rs. 150 per trip will be applicable for this service. Utilities, Safety & Support Power Backup Facility: * For your comfort, we provide UPS backup for lights, fans, Wi-Fi, and charging points during power cuts. Please note that heavy-load appliances like air conditioners, water heaters, pressure pump for water, RO and induction stoves will not operate on UPS backup. * Our staff and farm workers are here to help you - please be kind to them. * Please switch off gas, lights, AC, heater, fan etc. when not in use to conserve energy. * This is a working coconut farm with uneven ground and natural flora and fauna. Please supervise children at all times, wear footwear outdoors and avoid venturing into dense farm areas after dark. * 24/7 emergency contact and support is available throughout your stay. 🐾 Pet Policy - LBS Farms, Alandurai At LBS Farms, we are delighted to welcome your furry family members! To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for you, your pet, and our future guests, we kindly request you to observe the following: Pet Etiquette & Hygiene * For everyone's comfort, we welcome pets who are fully house-trained. * For hygiene reasons, we kindly request you to take your pets outside regularly for toilet breaks. To keep the farm stay clean and comfortable for all guests, please ensure they do not use the interiors, balcony, bedding, curtains, or furniture for the same. In case of any accidental soiling, we would appreciate it if you could clean it immediately and inform us. * We request you to please clear all pet waste from the garden area prior to checkout. Comfort & Safety * To help us keep our furnishings fresh for all guests, we request pets to stay off beds, sofas and upholstered furniture, unless protected with your own covers. * For your pet's safety and comfort, we kindly ask you not to leave them unattended inside the villa unless they are comfortably crate-trained. For Your Convenience * We recommend bringing your pet’s own bedding, towels and feeding bowls for their comfort. Care & Cleanliness * As a pet parent, you will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damages caused by your pet, including professional cleaning of upholstery, curtains, mattresses, rugs or linens, if required. * Should excessive pet hair, stains, odour or waste require deep cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will be applicable on actuals.
