The house includes a detached second garage that will serve as a party spot with packer memorabilia, TV, dart board, etc. The yard includes a patio, grill, fire pit table, and yard space. Inside includes two sliding half-barn doors for kids or pets. There are 2 beds not in a bedroom (a twin and inflatable king) and a bed (a queen and king) in each bedroom The space Bedrooms: Two bedrooms (one queen-sized bed and one king). The other two beds are not in a bedroom (twin and inflatable king). The dressers and closets in the rooms are not available for guest use, but there is one bedside table with two drawers in each room that can be used. Living room: There’s a sectional with two recliners upstairs, an entertainment system, and a separate reclining chair. There are numerous streaming platforms available on all TVs along with a Nintendo Switch that can be used in the upstairs living room. There's no need to bring your dog's necessities as we have a large crate in the entryway (and toys, a water bowl, and a food bowl) they can use free of charge! Guest access The whole house minus the nursery, the pantry, fridge, freezers, and one room in the basement. These sections will be locked. Two separate mini fridges will be available for you to use. -There are child locks used around the house for children’s safety, not to prevent guests from using those cabinets. Feel free to open those. If it is not available for guests use, it will be locked and not with just a child lock. Other things to note Garages: -Large detached garage (fits four cars) will be available as a party space! -The other garage fits 2 cars and both driveways fit 2 cars each for a total of 6 cars with off street parking. -If you aren’t using the garage as a party space, you could fit a total of 10 cars. Pets/Children: -Pet and kid friendly for host and guests! -No extra charges for pets and kids -Before every stay (and after stays with pets and kids) an enzyme cleaner targeted towards odors and air sterilizer is used. An air purifier is also in use constantly. -Living room has 3 child proofed gates and is fully child proofed. The rest of the house is mainly child proofed but not fully. -There are child locks around the house for safety, not to keep guests out of those areas. The only places that are locked to guests are the primary fridge (a second fridge was purchased for guests to use), the nursery (not included in one of the listed bedrooms but can be available upon request), a pantry closet, two cabinets in the bathroom with hosts personal bathroom items, and one room in the basement that is used for storage. NONE of these items are listed in the listing. The rest of the house is open for guests even if “locked” with a child lock. City Ordinances: -city quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM -can’t park on street from 3 AM - 5 AM -fires can’t be within 4 feet of property line and we prefer not within 5 feet of our house, garage, or fence. City also states fire stacks cannot be higher than 4 feet tall
