Guest access Entire home and grounds Other things to note Pool is available from mid May to at least September, hot tub is 365 days a year (both are not salt water). Trundle bed upstairs in living room has 2 twin beds for additional sleeping. All wheel drive recommended in winter due to snow and a 900’ driveway. Home is situated adjacent to operational vineyard with harvest in late fall & the property is part of natural habitat with limited mowing and overgrown natural wildflowers. There are mown pathways adjacent to the vineyard for dogs/walking. Home is on a private septic system so no flushing of anything besides toilet paper & the water is well water, perfectly safe for cooking, showers, drinking & there is a water softener but guests may prefer bottled water for drinking.
