Higby's Hemlock lakeview Canadohta Lake Cottage

Hemlock is across the street from Higby's lakefront and docking area. The eat-in kitchen and living room are open with many windows with views of the lake. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Hemlock sleeps up to 6 with 2 double beds (full size) and a futon. Cable TV, WiFi, picnic table and fire ring and initial firewood are included with rental. Fully equipped with the stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, window AC unit, and utensils. Visit canadohtalake . org to see additional information about the area. Our pool is open every weekend Memorial Day-Labor Day and during the week June 15-Sept 2nd pending weather and attendance. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage as well as access to our other amenities at Higby's Campground and Cottage Rentals. Other things to note Check in is 3pm check out is 10am, all stays are taxed at 11% which is 6% PA tax and 5% local hotel tax (included in the nightly price). Also please note: Pets are welcome with permission and additional $50 per pet per stay fee. Cottage Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a cottage reservation you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If cancelled within 30 days, no refund will be given unless the cottage is re-rented. Cottage cleaning policy: Cabins and Cottages must be cleaned, broom swept, and all personal belongings gone at the time of checkout and left in the condition they were found in. If the cottage is not left in acceptable condition upon checkout or there are excessive damages, you will be subject to additional charges. Your account will be noted and you will be required to pay a $200 cleaning fee on any future reservation. You will be eligible for return of the $200 fee within 14 days of checkout if the cottage is left clean.
