You will be less than two blocks to the paved bike trail with a pleasant 10 minute ride to town following the Betsy River. Within a 15 minute drive is Crystal Lake, the Plate River, and the incredible Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. The tiny Frankfort Air strip is close and you will enjoy the putter of small aircraft. The space You will have a 1300 sq/ft home all to yourselves. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms; one with a queen bed, one with twin bunk beds and a pull down couch. A full guest bathroom. Great room with all the necessary seating, a full kitchen and dining area. Out through the double patio doors a covered porch with ample outside seating. The master bedroom has a king bed and master bath with a large soaking tub and shower. The entire home has been renovated for you. The backyard has a grill, fire pit, tables and a hammock.
