Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The Brown Room (second floor) is quiet and ideal for resting or working. It is located right at the heart of Araneta Center in Cubao - very accessible to transportation (train, bus, etc.). Malls, groceries, restaurants, theaters, drugstores, clinics, markets, and many forms of entertainment are walking distance from the place. From NAIA, one can take the UBE Express to reach Cubao - Araneta City Bus Port (walking distance). The space The property consists of three houses. The rooms for rent are situated on the second floor of the second house. Guest access The photos show shared spaces (2 comfort rooms - first and second floor), dining room with 2 large dining tables (first floor), 1 sala (first floor), and the kitchen (where water may be heated) for coffee, tea or soup. During your stay Guests may message me (the host) via the airbnb platform. They may also message our caretaker, Ms. Grace, at her viber# (which will be given once booking is done). Other things to note We are very grateful to guests who read and follow the house rules (provided in each room). Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests (sleeping hours vary per guest). Please maintain cleanliness at all times Please refrain from using the towels and linen for removing make up or anything which causes stains. Please refrain from smoking or vaping within the entire compound. These may be done outside the gate. The church nearby normally allows car parking for a donation.
