Located in Berry, close to the Tronçais Forest and the Berry Canal, we are pleased to welcome you to an old farmhouse that we fell in love with from the first second and in which we decided to settle. You will enjoy a green, relaxing, calm and friendly living environment. With friends or family, you can spend beautiful summer evenings on the terrace and lounge by the pool. The space We welcome you to the "Factory", our 70 m² 3* furnished tourist accommodation that can accommodate up to 6 people. In an old farmhouse, the "Fabrique" has been renovated in an industrial style and has 2 bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area. A private terrace is available for your use. Guests can also enjoy the property's large landscaped garden and pool shared with the owners and their family. The rooms / equipment available to you in the house: • A kitchen equipped for 6 people with all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, induction stove, fridge with freezer compartment, traditional oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle) • A dining area with a table that can accommodate 6 people • A living room equipped with a large corner sofa (convertible), a coffee table and two armchairs • A large 14 m² bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and a walk-in closet • A second 11 m² bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) that can be pushed together to make a double bed and a walk-in closet • A bathroom with a shower cubicle (90 x 90) and a washing machine • Separate toilet • An 11 m² outdoor terrace with garden table, parasol and BBQ Additional information relating to equipment/rental: • Free Wi-Fi access • Bed sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels are included in the rental . Beds are made upon arrival • Baby cot, changing mat, baby bath and high chair available free of charge upon request • Shared 4 x 9 m pool (unheated from May to September and depending on the weather) with possible tenants of the "La Bohème" vacation rental (up to 6 people in July/August and up to 15 people the rest of the year) with deckchairs provided • Shared garden (6,000 m²) • Board games/Outdoor games • Parking is available nearby • The listing is located in the courtyard of the farmhouse and is accessible by car to unload your luggage / groceries . Rental throughout the year for a minimum of 2 nights except July and August: 7 nights minimum from Saturday afternoon from 5pm to Saturday morning 10am • Options to be paid at the end of the stay: - the cleaning fee of €50 Other things to note Shared access with the owners to the large landscaped garden where there is a swing, a trampoline and the 4 x 9 m swimming pool (open from May to September from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and depending on the weather). Linens and dish towels are provided.
