New Albany Guesthouse

Welcome to the New Albany Guesthouse! Located in the midst of Historic Mansion Row in New Albany, this gem was originally built in the early 1900s and has been lovingly restored and updated to offer modern amenities while preserving its historic beauty. Just a bridge hop from downtown Louisville and within easy walking distance of the amazing SoIN Greenway, fantastic shops, and incredible eateries. You'll feel right at home, away from home, at the Guesthouse! The space Bungalow-style home with an open living room and kitchen layout. Three fully outfitted bedrooms. Two full bathrooms; one bath with a large walk-in shower and one with a bathtub shower. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and baking sheets. We also offer a Keurig and pods, drip coffeemaker (reusable filter), and French press, with assorted sweeteners and creamers, as well as a teapot and some teas. If you have any special requests, please just let us know. We are local and can make arrangements as needed. Guest access Guests are welcome in all areas of the living space. Home has a basement with secured exterior access only which is only accessible to owner. (No interior access to living spaces from basement.) Other things to note Attending a wedding or other special event at any of the gorgeous venues of New Albany? Pepin Mansion, 1886, Prelude, St. Paul’s and St. Mary’s are all within a few blocks! Let us know and we will work out early check-in to allow you to unpack your dancing shoes!
