The Loft on 13th: Convenient 2-Bedroom Unit

The Loft on 13th is a centrally located, upstairs unit in a historic craftsman home. The unit features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a spacious kitchen/living area. The home is located a couple of minutes from downtown and within walking distance of two grocery stores, restaurants, and a coffee shop! Perfect for a mid-term stay in the charming Cliff-Cannon area of Spokane for anyone working at Deaconess or Sacred Heart. The space While this unit is the upstairs unit of a duplex, you have your own doorway for access & will not share any private areas with other travelers. The hot tub area and backyard are shared between "The Flat" and "The Loft". Guest access The entire upstairs unit is privately yours, there is a separate access door at the front that requires your specific code for the days of your stay. The hot tub and backyard areas are shared between the two units (The Flat & The Loft). Please be respectful of your fellow travelers and share the spaces in the backyard. There are plenty of areas to spread out and enjoy! Other things to note While this unit is the upstairs unit of a duplex, you have your own doorway for access & will not share any private areas with other travelers. Please note that the temperature in the winter months is set at a steady 70 degrees with the central air in the home. You have access to open or close vents to control heat level. You are also provided two space heaters in case you prefer for it to be above 70 degrees! In the summer months, each bedroom and the main living area has it's own air conditioning unit that can be set at your desired temperature.
