On the private patio and the private covered terrace you’ll l enjoy spectacular long range views. Or relax in the living room or king bedroom and enjoy the same views. All 5 ⭐️ reviews here and on other sites. 93 of them✅ it out. The space A new luxury modern mountain getaway. This is NOT a shared space. The 1 bedroom 800 SF attached cottage has a luxury king bed, modern bathroom and fantastic kitchen. It’s connected by a solid insulated exterior type door to an unused part of the main house, but is private in every way. Once down the beautiful boulder steps (difficult with physical limitations) you’ll find your private patio and entrance with outdoor dining area, grill and solo fire pit as well as a private terrace overlooking long range views of the Appalachian Mountains. It feels like you are away from it all yet it’s only a 5 minute drive to downtown Asheville. Drive 5 minutes the other way and you’ll be at the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Self check in with private entrance, and once you’re settled in there is an excellent chance during 3 seasons that you will get to see bears. There is so much more that I could say, but just come and check it out😊 Other things to note The magical boulder steps are gorgeous, but may be difficult for people with mobility issues or physical limitations. We’ve had guests in their 70’s and 80’s that have been fine, but on 2 occasions we’ve had comments that they were difficult, so I thought was important to mention.
